When they came to repack and send back to me they discovered item had been damaged so immediately offered a discount or cancellation. I opted for a cancellation on this occasion which was dealt with very quickly by the seller and eBay, so cannot fault them . Seller had excellent communications throughout this process and would definitely buy from them again.
