The issue I have is waiting two weeks for the seller to ship without an update. I don't mind waiting at all but if you can't ship an item for two weeks, you should proactively let the buyer know. Communication is key. Once I opened a messaged/claim on eBay there was communication and the item was shipped shortly afterwards.
