I would buy from the Seller again. There was a problem with this new pen, but I wanted to have it repaired rather than return it. The Seller has been very helpful in contacting the manufacturer's rep and helping me contact them as well. His communication is excellent and rapid. I wish working with the pen manufacturer was as easy.

The items are better than described, packaged well and sent quickly. We had a minor glitch but they are right on top of it. I've already bought from them again and now consider them my "go to" for vintage pens. An all-around pleasure.

Packaging was acceptable; it could've stood some bubble wrap instead of a box loosely floating inside a box, but it arrived intact and just as new-in-box as described!
