I received 1 green Christmas tree collars embossed with Christmas trees and 1 red Christmas tree collars embossed with Christmas trees, snowflakes, and reindeer. Contacted seller, was told he send another green one. Asked seller what to do with the red one and was told to keep it. Communicated several times, still had not shipped replacement as of 8/20. Settled on a 50% refund.
