Waited and waited only when I said something was when I finally got additional tracking info. Updated that is was delayed. Another 12 days. Finally get the item today, yes while new in packaging it was deflated. I feel it shouldn’t take nearly a month to get an item, just for it to not like the picture. I should have just asked for a refund. Other than that, I do thank you.

We purposely purchased from this seller because we thought it would come sooner since our geographical location was close. I messaged and messaged the seller asking for updates and hardly got any response. This was a birthday gift that came extremely late and ended up being a disappointment.
