Well, it comes regular with no improvements, which is deceitful advertisement. They do repn quickly to say that you can send back at your expense ($25!) or get a 5% discount. After much back and forth, I was able to negotiate a$15 discount, otherwise it would have been a disaster loss. Do yourself a a favor, skip this vendor and move on.
