The seller was amazing with a prompt response and willingness to facilitate a return of the issue was with the printer. A new power adapter was bought and the photos printed out beautifully. IWill definitely buy with this seller again! Great value for a used item and the packaging was very good, so the product was intact when the box showed obvious signs of damage during shipping.

The seller provides no condition details in the listing, only photos, and answers questions narrowly, leaving me unsure about condition details.
