Very good quality The item I received was in the exact same condition as per listing, and shipment packing was super safe as it was covered very well for a fragile item like laptop. The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. I installed Linux Mint on it without error and use it as my media streaming machine. Packaging was excellent, very protected during transit. My only complaint is not with the seller, but with the shipping. The FedEx shipper left it on the steps of my office at 6pm, in the rain. I checked at 6:30, and found it. I will call FedEx and complain about that. Otherwise, a great value and a purchase I do not regret.
