It came in custom packaging so there was no chance of damage. The price was exceptional. I am very happy with this purchase and I admire seller for striving for all 5-star feedback. Contacted the vendor and sent pictures, but the vendor tried to convince me it is a touch screen. The vendor eventually agree it was the incorrect item after I ask for the pictures of the actual product to be reviewed again.
