The Seller has been very helpful in contacting the manufacturer's rep and helping me contact them as well. His communication is excellent and rapid. I wish working with the pen manufacturer was as easy.

The items are better than described, packaged well and sent quickly. We had a minor glitch but they are right on top of it. Packaging was acceptable; it could've stood some bubble wrap instead of a box loosely floating inside a box, but it arrived intact and just as new-in-box as described!
