Boxed crushed and no protection in box and missing parts and had been installed prior to me receiving the unit. Hooked it up and wont even light up. Tried contacting the seller and can't even get thru to him. First time in many years that I have had any problem with Ebay. I have several pictures that I can send if needed but I need to get assistance to help with how to send them. Very disappointed with this product and seller.

I told them either send the missing piece, or I can return the item, because its nonoperational. They told me to send it back. I did, at my own expense.
