The package arrived in just under 12 days, which is very fast considering I live in Europe, and it was a large package. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would buy from this seller again. Item came package well enough and it good condition. In my case, the wrong item was sent (different year of the racket) and the seller worked with me to refund, attempt to locate and ship the accurate racket, and communicated beyond my expectations.
