Immediate conversation with Seller revealed that he had IN FACT sent product protected in a wooden crate. Shipping label confirmed 51lb package. Resolved this issue by agreement to file a insurance claim with shipper as crate disappeared in transit. I am happy with this purchase and Seller as he responded promptly and honestly.
