In "Medjugorje: The Message," Wayne Weible takes readers on a spiritual journey to a small village in Bosnia-Herzegovina, where a series of miraculous apparitions of the Virgin Mary have profoundly impacted the lives of millions since 1981. Through his compelling narrative, Weible--himself a skeptical journalist turned fervent believer--recounts the extraordinary experiences and messages delivered by the Medjugorje visionaries, offering readers a captivating exploration of faith, Divine intervention, and the power of belief. Delve into this transformative story that challenges the boundaries between the earthly and the heavenly, urging you to ponder the mysteries of the spiritual realm and the profound ways they can manifest in our everyday lives. -- Bookey app

Synopsis
The original and bestselling story of the miracles and message of Medjugorje, the little town in the hills of the former Yugoslavia that has become a global phenomenon. Journalist Wayne Weible tells how his life was forever changed by what he experienced there. Since June 1981, in the unlikely little village of Medjugorje, the Blessed Virgin Mary has appeared daily to six young people who live in the valley that lies in the shadow of Mount Krizevac -- Cross Mountain. According to these youths, the mother of Jesus is bringing an urgent plea from her Son to all mankind to turn away from a world terminally ill with the disease of sin and reconcile with Him. On October 27, 1985, Wayne Weible, a Protestant newspaper publisher and columnist, first learned of the phenomenon occurring in the little town with the unpronounceable name in Bosnia. Sensing that there might be material for his column, he decided to pursue the story. More than fifteen million copies of those columns were distributed, so he decided to write this book chronicling the story of Medjugorje. With refreshing candor and self-deprecating humor, Wayne Weible takes readers with him on the adventure to Medjugorje that radically and permanently changed his life. You will discover the apparitions of the Blessed Mother along with him, as he chronicles the ways that the Virgin Mary continues to speak to the world today from Medjugorje. This book continues as the bestseller on Medjugorje in the English language, with over 500,000 copies sold. Millions continue to come to the tiny village of Medjugorje to hear this covenant renewed by Mary's message from her Son. I was one of them. I wrote this book as the personal witness of one spiritually hungry soul who found peace and love in that message by way of the cross on Krizevac. - Wayne Weible, Celebrating the life of Wayne Weible -- 1937-2018 Nearly thirty years ago Paraclete Press first published "Medjugorje the Message," a personal testimony from a journalist named Wayne Weible, whose life was changed by what he experienced in that little town in the hills of the former Yugoslavia. - r***r (2961)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoBook arrived today, 2 days before deadline given by the seller. Well-packaged & in good condition. Price was very competitive, & the book was accurately listed. Great communication. I appreciate the seller getting back to me when I was having trouble tracking the book's delivery progress. Apparently there were 2 different tracking numbers - one in Canada & the other in the U.S., since it was initially shipped from Canada. Thank you very much for your quick response & helpful information.Rethinking Investing: A Very Short Guide to Very Long-Term Investing by Charles (N° 396183075510)
- e***_ (16)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoSeller handles a massive inventory so I give them grace on the slow processing and shipping. They were very communicative and prompt with their response when I messaged in asking about it. Book was in good condition as described. Small ding on the page edges which wasn't mentioned, but that's fairly common even at your typical book store. Still a good value and I'd buy from them again.
