Seller cancelled it w/ reason "issue with buyer address" which is inaccurate. I have purchase MANY things with never an issue!! When I looked at the listing again, NOW it has options: mask only, jumpsuit only and jumpsuit & mask for MORE than double what I paid. So seller made a mistake with pricing and cancelled my order to "fix it". Not cool. Then I continued to get shipping updates which was so confusing

When I requested a refund, the seller stated that because I had cut the fabric—even though I returned the entire item—they would only issue a 50% refund. When the thin, cheap looking robe arrived without a mask after a long wait I contacted the seller who said this was my fault for not selecting the option “with mask” in the size drop down. I’ve gone back and had a look and this is not an option. There is a confusing drop-down for colour with some numbers! I thought these meant the colour in the images on the pictures of masks - seller needs to make this clear.
