I bowed to the Postal Knight and bolted the latch. Tight! Concealed within, behold! The same item I had purchased earlier!

Who came back quickly saying that the package had been held up in customs and was being returned to them. They immediately offered to send a replacement or a full refund. I took the refund and after a few days it appeared, in full, in my account. The contact person was very helpful and apologetic.
