I simply messaged seller, they responded immediately to my outreach and moments later shipped out another unit to satisfy my purchase. Once I receive the anticipated rotor, I know I will want to do business with these folks again!

After explaining the situation, the vendor graciously issued a return authorization and credit. Will definitely do business with them again!!!
