    This DVD box set arrived well packed and the outer box only a little worn but the box set and casing inside in perfect condition so good condition was clearly a cautious description and am very pleased with this transaction and eBay seller which was good value good quality and good appearance.

    Super-speedy dispatch and delivery, ordered late Thurs evening and it arrived Saturday! Packaging could have been a bit more robust as the case seemed more damaged than it showed in the picture so I think it got battered a bit in the post but I have a spare case so not a problem. DVD is as described and plays fine. Great price. Very pleased with my purchase, thanks.

    On this occasion, sadly, the item did not arrive, and the delivery was messed up by the courier, which is no fault of the seller. Seller kept in touch throughout, with great communication, and was full of apologies for the astray item. A second delivery was attempted, but didn't happen, and I told them. They were full of apologies again and would investigate the courier, and they issued a refund. Great seller, and would use them again, with a different courier!
