I think it was honest mistake in posting this item. The item was shipped in a paper bag without any bubble wrap or any other cushioning. I immediately contacted the seller multiple times before a reply came and they did ask how to resolve the issue. I told them either send the missing piece, or I can return the item, because its nonoperational. They told me to send it back. I did, at my own expense.
