The company replied very promptly and issued a refund with EBay, which I have now received and reordered the item. All done very politely and promptly. It's a blue visor you bought. It is as dark as it could be for visibility and a lot of our riders love it, but we totally understand personal preferences vary. And it came from the UK as you can clearly see from the tracking. You bought it on 3 Aug and received on 6 Aug. We are disappointed to see this from a repeat customer but thank you!
