Maybe the descriptive text has discrepancies (not this one but others I've noticed), but the customer service is really good. I made an offer for this pen, got accepted right away, asked for combined shipping with the one I made a bid for. The seller had already shipped my other one without realizing but did not charge me again for shipping. Immediately informed me. The pen came in a plastic slip and a case. New and extremely as described.

They really should remove their “no additional fees” language in their listing as it’s not accurate. Once shipped I did receive the item in a few days. Everything else was perfect as the pen is beautiful in perfect condition. It came in a velvet lined wooden box as expected.
