However the rest of the PSP was in perfect condition and fully functional. I messaged the seller about the problem with the UMD door and they offered a partial refund and I accepted it as it wasn't a major flaw and everything else was as advertised. I recommened this seller!

Cosmetically it looked better than the listing and how it was described, excellent value. I also contacted them for more pictures and they did not hesitate and sent them rather quickly. Only downside is the power button feels weird and the screen is just a tad bit yellow. For all of my orders, they ship insanely quick, the packaging is excellent, and everything is always as described. For this particular order, classic FedEx lost a package (a very large and heavy package). The seller opened a claim, 10 days later I ask for an update and they say fedex hasn't responded, but the seller still gives me a full refund regardless.
