Description said near mint but pictures in the add did show the damage to the corners. It's hard to judge condition for MTG cards because many buyers are getting them for grading purposes or just are ardent collectors. That particular card I purchased new, never played it and sleeved it immediately after receiving. I felt justified in rating it as Near Mint.

I am surprised how many people have commented or reached out to me about the Shipping Shield card protectors. I figured they are more readily used, but maybe they are not. I purchased a card a few years ago and it came in one. I thought about them when I started to sell cards. I know some people use the hard plastic top loaders but for the cost and other factors I prefer these. Glad to hear you are happy with your transaction and the quality of the cards.
