They were under the impression it was new and sealed but I think somebody may have done a switcharoo on this watch case. The seller made things right by reaching back out to me very fast and swiftly not even 5 minutes after I messaged them and refunded me my money on this purchase. That is amazing customer service and I would highly do business with again in the future. Thank you again for making things right! A+

I could not bring it to life or get it to run at all, even though the battery was showing fully charged. After contacting the seller, they quickly issued me a full refund. On the positive side, it was shipped out quickly and packaged well. And they were quick to communicate. I really wish this transaction had turned out as hoped for. I'm looking at it , and as described the packaging carrier, didn't label the package the right address, so now I'm buthurt! Because the value items I ordered took the value it was worth to me, hurt my hopes of it arrival, and hurt me! Making me sad it reads it is being returned! Because there's no address labeled on my package I! Now hows the my wrong! I'm the buyer not sender, I want a refund & package free
