I did not have to deal with the shipping company to get as much information as possible to notify the seller that the item was lost. The seller was on top of the issue without my knowledge and I received a notification of a refund of my purchase. I was very appreciative of how the seller reacted to the issue. I most differently reccomend the seller to others. The seller is exceptional.
