Laptop also arrived damaged, due to box getting crushed. Planned on returning due to damage, but decided to keep if seller offered a discount/refund. Seller accepted and I pleased with the transaction. The laptop arrived as described and works great! A RAM upgrade and drive upgrade and this is a nice little laptop.
