Very good quality The item I received was in the exact same condition as per listing, and shipment packing was super safe as it was covered very well for a fragile item like laptop. The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. I received the refund immediately by the seller. Seller is super responsive

I expected top service for the high shipping price (over 70 USD) and that was achieved. Would prefer more economical shipping options in the future. Good seller A+ service.
