When this happened, the seller was on this issue day and night in order to fix it. Seller kept providing me with information until the issue was fixed and I received the item, everything within the time frame indicated on the shipment information. I would recommend, the effort by this seller doesn't go unnoticed and goes beyond of what I normally see in eBay. Thumbs up for this store.
