    My experience with this seller. My package seemed to have gotten lost within the FedEx system and was stalled in California for 48 hours without any movement. Feeling concerned, I decided to reach out to the seller for assistance. To my relief, the seller immediately intervened with FedEx to locate my package. Thanks to their proactive approach, my package was delivered to my home in Ohio within 48 hours of contacting them. I cannot say enough about this seller. Highly recommend him.

    So upon arrival of the speakers i had noticed the box was all tapped up where it had looked like it had been dropped. I contacted the seller where he said he will resolve it through via ups claim. No actual refund or item being sent back an replaced Where i believe it is a scam for them to get paid through via ups. It looks to me that the seller tapped the box up sent the damaged item in hopes to get a claim out of it. This is a expensive speaker that i now have to hope gets replaced.
