I rejected 20 percent of the 60 cases for unacceptable blemishes and defects. This wastage rate is common for these hard-to-find items, in my experience. The seller was very responsive to my concerns. We quickly agreed that he would refund the cost of the 12 rejected cases. The seller did not require photographic proof or any other kind of proof. I would purchase from this seller again.
