    the item was great value, shipped very quickly in appropriate packaging, but there was sadly a small stain on the shirt that wasn’t pictured in the listing. however, the seller was extremely kind & responsive, and resolved the issue immediately by offering a refund and allowing me to keep the item. I will absolutely be watching their amazing shop and will likely purchase in the future to support such a kind and honest seller!

    The item arrived nearly 30 days late due to the seller leaving extra labels on the package, causing delivery confusion. The Seller declined to contact the post office, so I had to resolve the issue myself. Seller declined to assist or refund shipping—only offered to reship if returned, something that should be standard, not a courtesy. The item was as described, but the lack of accountability and shipping oversight made this a disappointing experience. Sharing here so others are aware.
