It was packaged well and undamaged when arrived. It was in great condition, and as described by the seller, almost brand new. The tariff added 10% onto the price but it was still an amazing value. There was great communication throughout the purchasing process as well, and I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. They even included a thank you letter

The saxophone I purchased is gorgeous and better than as described. It was well packed, and I could not believe how quickly it arrived to me in the US from Japan. I ordered it on Saturday night and it arrived early afternoon on Tuesday! It was so very easy to pay the tariff, which I was worried about. I will shop with Lext Music Tokyo again when looking for an instrument!

I sent them a couple of questions and they always responded quickly, and always very polite. They even negotiated with me on the price, even after they had “eaten” the 10% tariff by offering a coupon for 10% off the price. I have not yet seen my tenor sax because it arrived at a dhl facility since we were on vacation, but I have no reason to doubt their honesty in the presentation of the product. I would definitely do business with them again.
