The item had a bad corroded battery, which I can understand as the item is older. So I went out and bought a new $9 battery to replace the one that came in the remote. Then to add insult to injury, the device doesn't even work with a new battery. No reason to ask for a refund as the seller already didn't respond. This is a great way for me to get into using CRTs and I enjoy this one. I personally would've recommend the seller to show the CRT in action but it's all good because it works good and the seller was honest.
