Good communication quick despatch. Had an issue with FedEx but NO FAULT of the seller. They overshot their slot by 2 hours, then ignored the detailed instructions I left (I had an appointment and had to leave) The result, I was given a 12 hour window for the next day despite it being their problem. It arrived at 2:30 pm so my entire day was wasted. I Won’t ever be using FEDEX!!
