I bought this one at an excellent price, and when they said shipping would be delivered between Jan 3 and 7th, I emailed them and asked if they could do quick shipping, because I couldn't use my hearing aids til I received this, they sent it and I received it on Jan. 2! That was just amazing. Did receive the Initial product purchased and as it would plug in and get power the connectors for the hearing aids would not connect to charge. Seller responded quickly to posts of this issue and a new unit was sent out directly and the second unit works flawlessly. Really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of this seller. Would definitely make additional purchases in the future.
