I'm very pleased to have this: it has let me repair my Bosch cordless lawnmower. The item was very well packaged in protective plastic bags & bubble wrap within an outer cardboard box. Delivery (by Evri, not Royal Mail as listed) was delayed owing to a typo in the address label.

It transpired that once again a delivery company let us all down. For some silly reason Hermes couldn’t deliver it on the day It should’ve been here and then after rescheduling, which they actually didn’t actually do, they lost it! The seller maintained excellent communication through all this and as I have purchased things from them before I know they are fine. Delivery companies?
