I asked the seller twice, a few months apart, if the mystery booklet was included as the description didn't mention it specifically, but got no answer. Thankfully, the booklet was included. Despite the lack of communication, I would order from seller again. They do accept returns.

Cosmic King did everything right—when I received the comic, it was a true Near-Near Mint copy exactly as represented in the photos. Packaging was secured and the comic was bagged and boarded.
