I would recommend the seller use sturdier packaging or cardboard inserts. My mail carrier loves to toss my packages on the ground regardless of weather conditions. The package was good and sufficient to protect it, but as mentioned, someone decided to damage it with a knife. Upon contact, the seller has been reactive very helpful to try and find a solution, which was ultimately reached through eBay customers service.
