I did it easily with the removal tool I had from the original purchase of my hearing aids. It's great to have my Phonak Audeo B90-13 hearing aid and Phonak Cross functioning again and once again giving me the hearing assistance I need.

I am so thankful for the great and secure packaging, extra cords and plugs, and all for a great price. h.e.a.r. is a FANTASTIC communicative company, with products for 'we the people' who are hard of hearing and require parts, replacement chargers, batteries and more. The owner did very well, answering my inquiries and was fast to do the best he could for me. I won't shop anywhere else!

Saved $280 ordering through eBay rather than ordering new at Costco.
