He has a broken nose! However that would be due to rough handling by the carrier. Nose will be easily mended when I find my super glue. Then he will be placed on my water feature where hopefully he will deter pigeons from drinking and dropping. Thanks to seller.

After contacting the seller, they expedited the item and we received it a couple of days later. The packaging was a bit tatty and the brolly had a slight dink in the metal connection but it was still o.k., so we just kept it. OK for the money.
