This causes the straps to not reach. I had to make extenders to have the jay bolts reach. Not a good situation. I emailed the seller and he was less than helpful. He said I needed to buy the correct straps. Why replace the original straps? The straps are not the problem. The tank is. But anyways bad fitting part like many parts nowadays and the seller lacks customer service

The locking ring was not in the package. I sent a message and got a response immediately. They said give them a call. Within an hour I had a tracking number and within 3 days the locking ring.
