I had to return strap as part missing on strap as different to pic in ad. Fair play to seller he kept me up to date when I returned the item and was quick to offer refund back to me. There was a mix up with wrong strap sent out to me as he has a lot of Omega watch straps that he sells. It was a shame because other than the missing part there was no scratches etc on the strap. He is a genuine business seller that is why I got refund.

It was appropriately packaged. The shipping took several weeks but this was due to US Customs and not the seller. Very pleased! Highly recommend seller!
