After looking at the pictures, I decided to order it since it looked it was in good shape. Before the clamp was sent out, the seller contacted me to say that the unit was used but in good shape and if I still wanted it, they would send it out. I still wanted the item and appreciated the honesty. It arrived within a few days and it works perfect. It is in very good shape and was able to read amps for a/c repair.
