Had the driver not remembered the name, it would have been delivered to the wrong address and never delivered to me. Very poor customer service as the seller said delivery was done when the seller messed up and had an incorrect address on the label. would have been returned to seller as post office will not deliver to incomplete addresses.

Even though it doesn't ride a individual with a weight of 145+ (as described in finer details of up to 165). Very Fast shipper, but the shipping provider mishandled the package. When I received it, it was very well packaged 100%. But due to the delievery providers mishandling. There was alot of oil and/or sticker residue all over the bike, Styrofoam, and the inside of cardboard box as well.
