I purchased a used control box and before shipping they discovered a trim switch was not working properly. South Central contacted me before shipping to inform me of the issue and to verify I was still interested in the purchase. Very professional customer service, prompt shipping, and very well packaged. Would definitely do business with again and would highly recommend.
