We even sent photos as proof, but the seller was extremely rude and uncooperative, refusing to resolve the problem and calling us scammers and just being downright rude. I would seriously avoid buying from them. If there was anything wrong with the product, normal behaviour would be to instantly take an unboxing video or picture to evidence the exact condition of product received including original packaging upon receipt.
