I had a complaint about it being damaged and they told me that's normal from Funko. Was extremely creased and warped. They gave me a refund which I didn't ask for but continue to tell me that Funko brand new come with destroyed corners and creates. I apologized for the inconvenience and suggested starting a return, but the customer declined. I clarified that I promptly inspect items upon receipt and did not intentionally send a damaged product. Afterward, I proceeded to issue a refund. Despite this, the customer persisted in messaging me, making negative comments like "I send out junk" and "nice try" in response to my explanation about the manufacturer.
