The screws that came with it seem to be pretty fragile and bad, when we used a drill it stripped the inside of the screw, so we had to use a wrench. But besides that, it works well and when it was all set up it looks good.

The TV now adjust to where I’m sitting instead of me having to sit in certain spots to enjoy my TV. I had an issue with my product, but the people at Sunking were very nice and helped me out. Sent me a replacement one at no cost within a day

Everything worked as it should except for the right side USB A port which was worn out. I contacted them and received an immediate answer. They offered a generous partial rebate. I asked for a smaller amount, but they still gave me more than I asked for. I then ordered the part, installed it, and now it works great. I was very impressed with the customer support, their quick response, and generosity.
