There was a small issue with the hdmi adapters I purchased with it. They both broke when I used them. The seller worked with me and sent me a different cable which was a little mixup too. Supposed to be a display to hdmi cable but it was display on both ends. I was able to purchase the display to hdmi cable myself and so far it is working great! Super fast!!

The set up was very easy for someone who can't even answer her cell phone yet...and I have had it for six years. The only thing I needed help with was signing in on wifi. It is much faster than I can keep up with....considering my last one was over 10 years old. It is very easy for me to work with. Can't than you enough. And the extra fast memory you put in is so fast that what used to take32 minutes now takes 4.5...this thing is fantastic.

The seller refunded part of the purchase price and I was satisfied in the end because the quality of the internal parts used to refurbish the computer was as described. The computer performed very well. I would purchase a computer from this seller again.
