Finally, the day after the first day of the delivery range, (October 7th for an item for which I paid in full on August 15th,) and with still no word from the seller, I asked if we were still ok... THEN they gave me a full refund? Interest free loan? NO!!

These copies are absolutely terrible--bad fretwork, electronics, finish, etc. Submitted return, then seller contacts me. So they do know how to communicate, surprising. Shipped back, days later no refund. Had to ask eBay to step in, which they resolved. Cannot recommend: bad communication, item, and service. On par for bootleg sellers.
